I probably missed this somewhere but how does one go about purchasing stuff?

Common items can just be handwaved off screen. Rare/weird stuff will require effort.

Sven, if we hit a Trap during the heist
1 Trapped: A fiendish trap protects the merchant's valuables.

Roll Investigation/Perception TN20 to notice the trap and, if successful, Sleight of Hand/Agility TN10 to work around it.

Wary applies to the Investigation roll.

If you succeed at both rolls you gain the treasure without issue.

If either roll fails the character rolling takes 4k2 damage from the trap but you still gain the valuables.
Can we roll the Investigation/Perception roll cooperatively?

If the search was cooperative the roll for this can be, yes.

Qara's player mentioned that and it's actually a good question - would we have to use Subtle Casting to use spells during the fight in the sewers? I could see it going both ways since it's not an area where what we do would be visible to someone who's not part of the group that goes in (probably?), but at the same time maybe even being seen by other PCs could be a problem?

Correct - subtle casting would apply if you don't want those present to know you are a sahir. It's up to you whether that's a concern or not.

What's a rank of Fatigue? There's a Fatigued status, but it does not reference ranks.

Ah, sorry, shorthand for 'the penalty increases by +5'. As if another day had gone without resting as you add overexertion to overexertion.
