House of the Heavens is a natural rallying point for the desperate and would have enough devout folks defending it to be relatively safe. But pretty much any district will have places one could hide and rest up if they would make more sense.

Is there anything like a Yodotai...I don't know, embassy or group or something? That is known about

They really haven't started entering the city in large enough numbers to have a notable presence in any one place. Though if you wanted reason to join this thread to meet one I can make that happen. Always nice to have a grumpy ghost to appear and disappear as needed.

They're not really all happening in one place. But if any players want their characters to be meeting up and interacting during them feel free to make a thread for the same time slot just tag it observation.

A robe would probably be about 80 pool, an outfit of tunic and trousers probably about 1 copper. Sandals about 50 pool and sturdy shoes about 1 copper. Then going up from there in extravagance.
