Once per session, in an event where it would make sense for them to have influence (check with the GM if unclear), you may call upon your Ally to get a bonus towards rolls.
Allies will only risk so much for you based on their Devotion:
Devotion 1: Will only apply to rolls in scenes without any risk of damage or danger.
Devotion 2: Can apply in scenes of minimal situational danger but not clear risk of death.
Devotion 4: Can apply even in scenes with a risk of death... though you are then putting that Ally at risk.
Your Ally can apply +2 to a roll per point of Influence they have. This may apply to a single roll or be divided (by points of Influence) among multiple rolls in one event.
There may be other ways to call upon your Allies, in and out of events, for benefits other than rolls but only if they have not already been called upon for that session and their area of influence would apply.
