(EA-The Caravan of Memory) Traveler's lore

by Bazir
The ra'shari caravan was Bazir's first visit after his storytelling performance. He did not know how busy his day would be, knowing he would have to explore the sewers soon, so he had to take what time he could.
He approached some of the caravaneers hoping they could direct him to someone with knowledge of dahabi princess's plight

(If anyone is knowledgeable about curses and possessions and how to lift them.)

The trick was getting the Ra'Shari to both take you seriously and to direct you to someone with true knowledge and not just the 'mystics' they use to part fools and their coin.
(Roll Lore:Ra'Shari/Intelligence TN15 and then Courtier/Awareness - if the Lore roll is successful the Courtier TN is 15, if failed the Courtier TN is 25)

Bazir was not overly familiar with this caravan but he had spent significant time with Raya, Kezia and the some others of the caravan of entertainment so he did pcik up on certain things they said in respect to etiquette or what he thought was proper.
''Salam sayyed, sayyeda...would you kindly...''

There's some side-eye but he is eventually directed towards a small, but very intricately decorated, tent closer to the center of the encampment.
Even from outside the scent of herbs, spics, and other stranger reagents was heavy in the air.

Not quite sure how to announce himself, Bazir tapped a wind chime hanging from near the door. Perhaps that was enough to get noticed?

(Sorry, combat took what brain function I have going at the moment)
"Enter." An old, sandpapery voice manages to rise from within.
As Bazir ducks through the flaps of the tent he finds a cramped space filled with hanging herbs and a number of chests and boxes. A small table with two cushions takes up the center and a wizened Ra'Shari woman sits across from where he entered.

Bazir's senses were alert as he moved closer to the elderly woman but he would not forget good manners
''Salam oua alekoum'' he said with a bow ''I seek wisdom about a particular problem.''

'Elderly' was perhaps an overstatement. Though her makeup and voice control are quite skilled he's able to tell the woman is younger than she lets on. Still older than him, but nowhere near the crone that is being portrayed. He supposes it must work well with the rubes though.
"And what is the nature of this problem?"
