[Ide Rettousei]

"Is that the word for it?" Rettousei asks. "I guess my talk's not really good; what's that word mean?"

His question is entirely sincere.

[Meresanhk]

The girl gave it a thought. "Filled with things unknown that wakes the curious mind... like yourself in these lands..." the woman smiled. "What brings you the city?"

[Ide Rettousei]

"Well, my lord told me he had a thing for me to do here," Rettousei says. "So he sent me with one of the merchant groups coming this way, papers and all. Said I'd have directions here, too, and lodging in the Unicorn holdings. But he didn't give me details, really.

"And you?"

[Meresanhk]

"Oh, interesting... I am what you may call an appraiser... I am here checking out some of the things that my people may need." She nodded. " Oh and trying to gain some coin with divination but the Ra'shari may be my competition."

[Ide Rettousei]

"I'm told different methods reveal different things," Rettousei replies. "I can't ever keep all of that kind of thing straight in my head, though. It rattles around like rocks in a box."

[Meresanhk]

The Senpet woman giggled. "There are many things that may come out like that. Odd enough it shouldn't be that difficult to keep a straight goal in mind."

[Ide Rettousei]

The giggle is cute, Rettousei thinks, and he smiles a bit. It shows him off to good effect.

"What all do you think you may need?" he asks, still smiling. "Or is there some other goal in mind, now?"

"Right now, a cup of coffee... and find my way to the Bazaar to get it." The girl chuckled. "The far future I don't know... Perhaps time to know people well and..." the woman just gave a playful wink.

[Ide Rettousei]

"I'd be happy to help with that," Rettousei replies, smiling more broadly.

"I've heard of coffee. What is it?"

[Meresanhk]

"Coffee is a drink that helps you focus and gives you energy to continue. They use this seed of a plant and toast it ... it is bitter but tasty. I recommend that you sweeten it if you are starting to taste." She smiled.
