Despite the chaos of the previous night the city continues in its revelry and celebration, perhaps even harder, as they try to repress and ignore the horrors they had experienced. As befitting the main day of the festival Shilah hangs overhead in all her glory with not a cloud in the sky. The resulting heat is oppressive by winter standards though hardly holds a candle to what the summer would bring.
By night the temperature dips but never becomes truly cold and Kaleel, be it in honor or in competition with his Lady, shines in full radiance. Though, for a few minutes at the deepest point of the night, it seems he looks away as darkness fills the sky and city in eclipse.
