The light rain ceases slightly before the dawning of the first day of the festival. Light clouds still now and then obscure Shilah's gaze but the day grows warm very quickly. The temperature drops as night falls but not enough to be uncomfortable to those who choose to revel in the streets.

Revels that turn to screams deeper into the night under the nearly full moon....
