The Rokugani District is perhaps the most starkly divided of the residential districts. The section controlled by the Unicorn and their immediate servants is wealthy and well secured. Sadly the same cannot be said of the sections for the rest of the Rokugani. The remaining Rokugani are exiles, escaped servants (some would say slaves), and their descendants from an Empire that refuses to even acknowledge they exist let alone trade or assist them. Their situation is still better than that of The Maze, the more compassionate of the Unicorn see to that, but only just barely.
The Unicorn structures are a a blending of Rokugani and Sands design with elements from even further afield in their travels. The rest are minimalist stone structures that provide the bare basics to their inhabitants.
