Can PAragon of Faith be used on Senpet Sahir school tech, to spend on spellcasting rolls?

Another random thing I just thought of - Since Sainika Fighters are gurus, do they get access to Kiho? As non-brotherhood monks, maybe? I'm assuming there's no way to get something equivalent to "Friend of the Brotherhood" with them in that case? (Would be something like "Friend of the Mekham faith" or something of the sort if so, I imagine XD)

Yes for now with the caveat that it may change if it turns out overpowered. If so I'd allow a respending of the points from Paragon of Faith.

Correct. Guru learn kiho as non-Brotherhood monks. There is no Friend of the Brotherhood equivalent.

One more thing I couldn't find while searching for it. If you can cast a spell "as a Jinn" with the Fitfully Sleeping Blood advantage but aren't otherwise a Sahir (or if a Jinn casts a spell), do you use your School Rank, or your Insight Rank, or does your Insight Rank count as zero (and thus you only use your ring)?

As the power is inherent to them and growing with them they would use Insight rank.
