What the public know:

Those very rare individuals outside of the conspiracy who are aware of the Qolat do not speak of it often or openly - all too aware of what happened to those who have done so in the past. Among the rest of the people of Medinaat al-Salaam tales and whispers of conspiracies and criminal organizations are common but few ever draw enough proper conclusions and connections to earn the attention, and ire, of the Qolat.

What the Qolat know:

The realm of mortals belongs in the hands of mortals. Again and again spirits and the gods have proven unworthy and capable of only destruction and woe. Sadly the average mortal cowers in fear of angering these spiteful beings and is unwilling and unable to rise up against them. As such the Qolat must remain hidden and secret until the time is right. To further that end they seek to find secrets and methods to strike down the supernatural and divine and slowly work to win people to their ways.


The Qolat are divided into five sects.

Tiger Sect
The defenders of the Qolat. They strike from the shadows to destroy the enemies of the Qolat.

Owl Sect
The largest sect. They gather, sort, and distribute information to the other sects. They thrive on secrets and the power of knowledge.

Roc Sect
The logisticians of the Qolat and liaisons to the Kolat arm of the conspiracy. They devise the plots and plans of the Qolat both short and long term. They are also responsible for trying to manage strife within the organization though they find less success in this endeavor.

Auroch Sect
The financial arm of the Qolat they serve to maintain and distribute funding. Though all sects have tight bonds to the Houses of Dahab the Auroch is where this overlap is most notable.

Snake Sect
The smallest sect of the Qolat and an often controversial one within the conspiracy. They research and study ways to turn the means of their enemies against them using magic and the supernatural as their weapons.
