The morning and evening are both pleasantly warm while still cool enough to not become uncomfortable. Even the afternoon heat is bearable if still able to draw a sweat. A soft breeze blows but no heavy winds dare interfere with the tournament to come.
The morning sees crowds gathering in the Thoroughfare and surrounding streets as table upon table of food and drink is being set up in preparation of the Fest and, once permission is granted, the late morning is a time of feasting and celebration rarely seen outside of holy days. The afternoon is quiet as many choose to sleep off full stomachs in the heat of Shilah until the true events of the evening begin.
