Ali ibn Farid: 2x
Arash Karuvah: 1.9x
Asher's Archer: 1.8x
Faruq Al-Farhan: 3x
Kezia: 3x
Lamis Naaji: 3x
Mari's Archer: 2x
Nasim ibn Jalil: 2.9x
Qasim's Archer: 1.3x
Rufus: 1.9x
Sada al-Haffit's Archer: 1.5x
Soraya al-Menjari's Archer (Yarut): 1.5x

On D1 players may bet on the following:
Who will win Day 3's event
Who will win Day 4's event
Who will win the competition as whole

If their chosen bet is correct the amount bet will payout as listed above. You may place multiple bets on multiple characters and over multiple days but odds will shift as the game goes on.

Players may also bet that an archer 'will place' in the following:
Day 3's event
Day 4's event
The competition as whole

If their chosen bet places first, second, or third for that day the payout will be half the profit of listed (so is only worthily done on underdogs). You may place multiple bets on multiple characters and over multiple days but odds will shift as the game goes on.

Only bets made in this thread before change to Day 2 will count.

(PCs are fully encouraged to bet and wager among themselves on anything they see fit)

Because she is generally an optimist, Soraya puts a little down on her own archer, Yarut. Just two Copper that she will place overall, for fun. No sense in going overboard though.

Faruq has hardly any money to bet, but he wanted to give some support to some folks he had met before - especially as he saw them doing relatively well today.

Also, after a chance to see the Nomad lady's way with a bow today, and getting to meet her at the temple, he went back for a quick last-minute bet.

It definitely wasn't much, but he'd at least join some of the fun of the betting - it wouldn't be enough to prevent him from keeping himself fed, at least, he was almost sure, and should still have enough to provide at least some of his usual help for the poor.

And who knows - if one of his bets actually ended up right, he might even have some more money to help others with!

(Betting on the following:

Arash Karuvah wins Day 3's event: 5 pool
Ali ibn Farid wins the competition as a whole: 5 pool
Lamis Naaji will place on Day 3's event: 10 pool

Total spent: 20 pool)
