[D4 LE, Mekham District, Open] Brick by brick, breath by breath

The last attempt to help at the Khesir Quarter was even trickier than the usual, and after some conversation and planning with others who had noticed the odd things going on in the sewers and with the time they had agreed upon to meet approaching, he was getting fretful.
Routine and familiar surroundings were both good ways to quiet one's nerves, or so he'd heard. So, for today, he decided to set up his usual makeshift 'stand' with water, some food on offer - some dry bread and simple hummus for today - and medical supplies closer to home, on a small square in the Mekham District a few streets away from his place.
As he waited for those who might approach to talk, get a wound looked at or just partake in the food, he made an effort to keep his breathing - and his mind - calm.
It was something his baba often mentioned could help in difficult times. For some reason, he'd not thought of it often, but he remembered it today.
It was easier said than done, though...

10 pool spent on food to put on offer again!
