Question on post chargen xp spending. Lets say my faction gives me wealth at a discount, and I already have wealth 2 for 1 point in chargen. If I were to upgrade my wealth from 2 to 4, does that cost a) 3 xp (2 for wealth -1, +2 for upgrade, b) 4xp (2 for wealth, +2 for upgrade), or c) 6 xp? (2 for ...
