It's actually a requirement for Dahabi Sybarite. That or Greedy, but Soraya surely does not care about money.

Plan A? Plan A was wander around oblivious and get into mischief. Which was more or less how it went. The exact nature of the mischief changed, but it didn't really change the character... apart from a lot of wandering around in the Jasmine disguise.

Otherwise, Plan 0 was for her to be an Assassin agent. Which didn't happen. Wasn't sure if I could balance things between princess and assassin, so I went all in on the wealth and status and such.

That might have been a good idea! Fortunately, it's just people genuinely caring for the poor girl. Even if she's a bit reckless!

Unsure! It'll all happen over time or not, though either way our fearless GM has been a really good sport about it all!
